Subscription Dressing of the Week: Blackberry Vinaigrette

1. Hot-Sauce Chicken with Grilled Green Beans
  • Tangy and mildly-spicy chicken served up with a side of red onion and fresh green beans
  • {Preparation: Grilled (outside or in grill pan), 15mins total}

2. Asparagus Carbonara
  • A salty pasta dish with bacon and asparagus, tossed with parmesan and eggs when steaming hot, making the finished result deliciously creamy
  • {Preparation: Cook pasta, heat up topping, mix together, 15 mins total}

3. Blackberry-Molasses Ribs
  • Sweet and tangy blackberries are blended into a bbq sauce and slathered on baby back ribs
  • {Preparation: Baked in oven, sauce added in last 5 minutes, 50 mins total}

4. Homemade Hummus with Pita Chips, Cucumbers, & Carrots
  • A perfect light dinner for a hot summer evening - traditional hummus made from chickpeas and tahini, pita chips, cucumbers (for slicing/dipping) and carrots (for dipping) provided
  • {Preparation: Dip, enjoy, 5 mins total}

5. Hawaiian Pizza
  • Homemade pizza crust topped with pizza sauce, ham, pineapple, and mozzarella
  • {Preparation: Reheat in oven, 15 mins total}
