Memphis Foodies,

I have good news for you!  I'm opening my food prep biz this summer!  We're keeping things nice and easy for you AND me.  Next Monday is a "soft opening" for the month of July.

I'm know you are all crazy busy with your crazy fun summer.  Let me help you out!

Each week in July, I'm offering:
  • 3 Meals (perfect for family dinners--some light assembly/cooking/grilling required) 
  • Simple Salads: greens w/ nuts or seeds & homemade dressing (an easy no-cook lunch or dinner for busy days) 
  • Smoothies: Prepped, frozen, & blender ready (a great breakfast & or snack option--perfect for hot temps)
My goal is to offer easy, fresh, and HEALTHY options to keep you feeling & looking good this pool season!

You can order everything I'm offering for the week or order a la carte.
The a la carte pricing is:
$20/meal (4 moderate servings)
$15/salad greens w/ nuts or seeds & homemade dressing (4 moderate servings)
$20/smoothie mix (includes 5 smoothies yielding 2-3 servings each)

A Full Order includes:
  • All 3 Meals (4 servings each),
  • 2 Simple Salads (4 servings each),
  • & a Smoothie Mix (5 smoothies yielding 2-3 servings each)
for a discounted cost of $95.  (A savings of $15!)
(Just think about it--you could have 5 breakfasts & 5 dinners w/ meals + salads next week for less than $100!)

Schedule a time for pickup Mondays afternoon/evening
or we'll delivery it to your doorstep for an extra $10!

Here's the catch: I'm only offering a LIMITED amount of each item to limit the crazy in MY house & fridge.  Get 'em while they last!

This Monday's "soft opening" means I'm just going to offer a couple of each item.  The following week, I'll open it up a bit more.

Without further ado...


This meal includes a delicious marinade to pour over your portabella mushroom "steaks" an hour before grilling, & the ingredients to slice and mix for a light peach & cucumber salad on the side.



This meal begins with slices of homemade artisan bread, which is layered with slices of summer tomatoes, fresh-picked basil, and fresh mozzarella--all melted together on your stovetop or grill.



This meal includes a ready-to-mix homemade pizza crust, which you'll let rise for about 2 hours.  Then, slice up some zucchini, add dollops of goat cheese & grated lemon zest, and toss on the grill!  (Can also be baked in the oven.)


This week's Simple Salad greens will include walnuts & blackberry vinaigrette.



This week's Frozen Smoothie Mix will include strawberries, blueberries, bananas, spinach, & chia seeds.  (You WON'T TASTE the spinach--I promise!  And chia seeds are good for you and seem like any other strawberry/blackberry/raspberry seed you may be drinking.)
